BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Oxlo Systems and Chrysler Financial announced they have partnered so Oxlo can provide Chrysler Financial with integration services for the captive's new Star compliant AutOrigination.

Oxlo said it will work with DMS and F&I application vendors to ensure Chrysler Financial's contract verification system works smoothly in their systems, according to executives.

"Oxlo's integration services provided a path for rolling out AutOrigination to our extended Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealer service provider network," explained Kelly Mankin, vice president of Chrysler brands marketing for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services.

"Chrysler Financial will leverage the Oxlo integration network for the management of our real-time, industry leading technology, AutOrigination," he added. "Our technology validates 250 points per contract, ensuring a positive dealer experience by virtually eliminating contract errors and significantly increasing customer satisfaction in the F&I office."

Oxlo said it will manage dealer system integration, including certification on behalf of Chrysler Financial, as well as manage the ongoing network transactions between a portion of dealers' systems and Chrysler Financial's technology system.

According to executives, providing integration of AutOrigination into the existing dealer applications will streamline the loan origination process by directly populating required data fields and allowing dealers to continue working within the familiar environment of their existing software applications.

"Our keen focus on business process integration has enabled Oxlo to deliver on its mission of improving operations for both dealers and their business partners," said Jim Lejeal, chief executive officer of Oxlo.

"Winning Chrysler Financial's confidence to play a key role in helping to bring AutOrigination to its extended dealer service provider network is another step toward that vision," Lejeal concluded.
