Compli Partners with Law Firm to Enhance Dealer Compliance Offerings
PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli announced that it has teamed up with Sacks Tierney P.A. to provide top-tier legal information, compliance consulting and technology to Arizona dealers.
The services will be offered via Compli's Dealership Compliance Management System.
Sacks Tierney, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., has a 10-member Auto Practice Group, serving more than 50 Arizona dealerships in areas such as sales, F&I compliance, employment practices, business transactions, tax advice, construction, real estate and commercial litigation.
Sacks Tierney is also known for compliance planning in dealerships, as well as for its aggressive defense of auto industry clients against the onslaught of consumer litigation, according to Compli.
Compli indicated that this deal demonstrates its commitment to closely collaborate and involve the nation's best dealership attorneys in automating and monitoring compliance processes.
