PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli announced it is launching a new effort to expand compliance content through its Dealership Compliance Management System software by aligning itself with leading industry experts who specialize in this arena.

In its first step in this effort, Compli said it has teamed up with Hudson Cook to provide dealers with the most current, relevant information about key regulations pertaining to sales and F&I as they relate to store operations.

"Forming this alliance with Hudson Cook is a major milestone in advancing Compli's product strategy to arm dealers with the best compliance information available from the industry's leading experts," explained Lon Leneve, president of Compli.

"Hudson Cook is the preeminent law firm in the realm of consumer sales and F&I legal matters for the auto dealership industry," he continued. "Our collaboration with the subject-matter experts at Hudson Cook will provide tremendous value to our customers."

More specifically, Hudson Cook will provide policies, trainings and other best practices on federal law topics. Examples of the law firm's offerings include adverse action, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, advertising rules, Truth in Lending, the U.S.A. Patriot Act and the Consumer Leasing Act.

The new content is expected to go live on Compli's system during the first quarter of 2008.
