Desert Financial Credit Union chooses MBSi for case management

MBSi announced this week that Desert Financial Credit Union has selected MBSi’s RecoveryConnect platform as its exclusive case management system.
With this partnership, MBSi said Desert Financial gains a modern, flexible, user-friendly platform, as well as a trusted partner dedicated to strengthening the institution’s recovery operations by driving efficiency, transparency and compliance across the entire repossession lifecycle.
“In selecting MBSi, we gained more than just a platform. We found a true partner. RecoveryConnect stood out to us as a modern, flexible solution to help evolve our recovery operations. Just as importantly, MBSi’s collaborative approach and commitment to working alongside our team solidified them as our platform of choice,” said Da’Mon Stigler, director of collections at Desert Financial.
“This decision provides us with a strong foundation by pairing the right technology platform and the right team to help us scale for the future and better serve our members,” Stigler continued in a news release from MBSi.
Desert Financial has been operating in Arizona for more than 85 years, building $9 billion in assets, more than 480,000 members and more than 50 branches.
RecoveryConnect can equip Desert Financial with streamlined service provider assignments, real-time visibility into case status, and reporting tools that can support smarter decisions and stronger compliance.
“We’re honored Desert Financial selected MBSi as their partner of choice,” said MBSi president Ray Peloso, who is among the industry executives and experts set to appear during Used Car Week that runs from Nov. 17-20 in Las Vegas.
“Desert Financial is known for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation. We’re confident RecoveryConnect will deliver the efficiency and flexibility they need to streamline operations and position their recovery strategy for the future. We look forward to working with them to find new and creative ways to strengthen our partnership,” Peloso went on to say.
