CARMEL, Ind. — Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana achieved
another significant milestone recently by floor planning its three millionth
vehicle.

DSC celebrated the historic occasion by paying off the
vehicle for the purchaser, which was Mouse Auto Sales and presented owner
Claude Ellzey of Osyka, Miss., with an additional check for upgrades to his
dealerships.

"This noteworthy event couldn't have happened to a better
customer," said Roger Teate, DSC South Central Regional Director. "Mr. Ellzey
has been a trusted DSC dealer since 2006, and he was quite humbled by the
generosity of DSC."

DSC president Brian Geitner added, "Hitting this milestone
in so few years says a lot about DSC's passion for the remarketing industry.
Our employees' pursuit and focus has always been on quality customer
relationships.   

In addition, bringing practical technology tools has helped
many customers become more efficient and effective in running their
businesses," Geitner went on to say.

Geitner insisted DSC's online and mobile tools, including
myDSC virtual office and DSC Unplugged Mobile, have become benchmarks for
advancing technology in the industry.
