Yotta Automated Software Solutions (YASSI), a provider of live vehicle and title data intelligence for the vehicle, lending and insurance industries, welcomed Anne Ferro to its board of directors this week.
Ferro possesses more than three decades of leadership experience in public sector innovation, motor vehicle safety, and regulatory governance. She most recently served as president and CEO of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), where she led the international nonprofit in advancing safety, security, and interoperability across 69 U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
Ferro’s career includes Senate-confirmed service as administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and executive roles in both state government and the commercial transportation industry.
YASSI founder and executive chairman Bob Rieger said Ferro’s appointment reflects YASSI’s ongoing investment in trusted leadership as it scales its partnerships with state agencies, vehicle retailers, lenders and insurers.
“Anne is one of the most respected voices in motor vehicle policy and safety innovation,” Rieger said in a news release. “Her deep understanding of jurisdictional operations, regulatory frameworks, and public-private data collaboration will be instrumental as YASSI expands its nationwide title and registration capabilities.”
Ferro added, “YASSI is transforming how critical vehicle data flows between government and industry.
“I’m excited to join a team focused on accelerating digital modernization, reducing fraud, and building smarter, more secure systems for the future of vehicle ownership,” she went on to say.
