F&I Sentinel and Global Lending Services are among the companies involved in auto financing that are celebrating again for being among the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

For F&I Sentinel, it marks being on the list for the fourth consecutive year. Meanwhile, Global Lending Services now has been included for 10 years in a row.

According to a news release, this year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, officials said these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy.

Among the 5,000 companies on the list, Inc. determined the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman said. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance. It reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”

Global Lending Services CEO Steve Thibodeau shared his reaction on social media.

“It makes me so proud to see our team at Global Lending Services LLC being recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. And having received this honor 10 times is extra special,” Thibodeau said.

“It’s not about the award per se, but what it represents. A commitment by our entire team to deliver exceptional value to our dealers and customers, year over year. With each passing year it becomes harder to maintain our growth, but I know with our team, we are up for the challenge and ready to put a few more trophies on our shelf,” he went on to say.

For F&I Sentinel, the provider of F&I product compliance solutions for the automotive finance industry said the milestone reflects more than company growth. It reflects a broader shift across the entire auto finance industry.

“Being recognized by Inc. for a fourth consecutive year is an honor, but more importantly, it reflects the growing commitment to F&I compliance being made not only by lenders, but also F&I product providers and auto dealers,” said Stephen McDaniel, who is CEO of F&I Sentinel, which is also among the sponsors of Used Car Week that begins on Nov. 16 in San Diego.

“What was once viewed as a back-office function is now a strategic priority to these industry stakeholders,” McDaniel continued. “Lenders want confidence that the products they fund are compliant, the refunds they issue are accurate, and the data supporting both is audit-proof. Dealers are keenly aware of the scrutiny being placed on these products and want to ensure the products they sell are financeable and drive real value to the consumer. Lastly, F&I product providers are proud to amplify the fact that their products have been reviewed by F&I Sentinel as a compliance stamp of approval.”

Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of Dec. 31. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.)

The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2025 is $2 million. Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
