Former Revere Capital, Skopos Financial exec joins Edge Financial Services

According to a news release, 1803 Capital, which operates as Edge Financial Services, appointed a new chief financial officer this week, turning to an executive who has held leadership positions at Revere Capital, Regional Management Corp. and Skopos Financial.
Coming aboard as CFO is Tom Clark, who Edge Financial Services highlighted as having extensive expertise in capital markets and financial strategy.
Clark will oversee the company’s financial operations, including capital structure optimization, financial reporting, and the execution of strategic funding initiatives. His appointment comes at a critical juncture as 1803 Capital accelerates its Edge 2.0 initiative, focused on expanding its dealer-centric ecosystem and broadening product capabilities within the independent auto finance market.

The company noted that Clark is a seasoned finance professional and CFA Charter holder with a proven track record in complex financial structures.
Most recently, Clark served as vice president of specialty finance for Revere Capital. Prior to that post, he held the position of director of capital markets for Regional Management Corp. and Skopos Financial, where he played a pivotal role in managing corporate treasury functions, warehouse facilities, and securitization programs.
