OAK LAWN, Ill. — Chicago-area residents with less-than-perfect credit will now have another option for purchasing used cars.
Buy-here, pay-here dealership group J.D. Byrider announced it is opening a new dealership in the Oak Lawn area at 9121 Cicero Ave.
The new store — fourth for the dealership group in the Chicago metropolitan area and the tenth in Illinois — is 17,600 square feet and offers used car sales, financing, a service department and a customer service center.
Commenting on the opening, Nicole Martin, general manager of the new rooftop, said, “I am excited to service the Oak Lawn community and offer good, reliable vehicles to those with less-than-perfect credit.
“Our J.D. Byrider store is prepared to help customers get back on track through our affordable financing options, 24-month/24,000-mile warranty and superior car maintenance,” she added.
And earlier this year, J.D. Byrider opened a new store in Richmond, Va.

Including the new store, J.D. Byrider now has 135 locations in 30 states with plans to open additional stores throughout 2012, officials concluded.
