Weltman, Weinberg & Reis hired two more attorneys this month, as the full-service creditors’ rights law firm bolstered its offices in Detroit and Pittsburgh.

Joining the firm in the Motor City is Tyra Page, who was born and raised in Detroit. And coming aboard the firm’s Steel City location is Byron Blevins.

“I am excited to continue my legal career here at Weltman, where I can contribute the knowledge I’ve gained through my experiences, while also expanding my legal education,” Page said. “I look forward to learning from my colleagues and using my skills to serve our clients effectively.”

“It is truly an honor to join the incredible team in Pittsburgh,” Blevins added. “I am excited to contribute the skills and experience I’ve gained over the last 20 years to the success of Weltman and our clients.”

Page focuses her practice on collections and litigation matters. The firm highlighted she brings a strong foundation of legal experience to her role, having worked in probate and estate planning, insurance defense, and criminal law prior to joining the collections industry.

Weltman shareholder Amy Clum Holbrook said these experiences sharpened Page’s attention to detail, strengthened her ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases, and gave her the tools to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

“Tyra’s diverse experience and people-first approach align perfectly with our firm’s commitment to delivering practical, client-centered solutions,” said Clum Holbrook, who is among the experts set to appear during Used Car Week scheduled for Nov. 17-20 in Las Vegas. “Her attention to detail and dedication to advocacy will serve both our clients and our Detroit office well.”

Meanwhile in Pittsburgh, Weltman highlighted Blevins’ goal is always the same: to help clients reach timely, efficient resolutions with confidence.

Blevins represents creditors — including credit card and student loan lenders — in resolving outstanding debts efficiently and effectively. He brings more than two decades of legal experience and a strong foundation in creditors’ rights, mortgage lending, bankruptcy, and subrogation.

Shareholder and Pittsburgh office managing attorney Matt Urban pointed out Blevins’ comprehensive background allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise and guide clients toward practical, lasting solutions.

“The Pittsburgh office has added a great member to the team with Byron joining our office,” Urban said. “He is an experienced practitioner who brings a vast wealth of legal knowledge and skill that is a perfect fit for the needs of our clients and the firm. We are excited to have him join our experienced attorneys and staff here in Pittsburgh.”
