Along with outlining the company’s upcoming training opportunities to help dealership F&I managers, Autosoft recently announced that StoneEagle has completed the certification process for integration with the FLEX DMS as part of Autosoft’s FLEX Connect program.

StoneEagle offers fully supported Web-based applications that can help dealers manage performance, accountability and production across their F&I and service operations.

These solutions are designed to automate manual tasks, deliver accurate information to drive performance improvements, increase profitability and maximize customer satisfaction through these tools:

“StoneEagle is pleased to forge a partnership with Autosoft and obtain FLEX Connect certification for our SEcureMetrics and SEcureMenu applications,” said Jason Gillette, vice president of sales and marketing for StoneEagle.

“The FLEX Connect program facilitates secure and reliable data integration to our applications that increases efficiency and enhances the overall user experience for dealers using the Autosoft FLEX DMS platformand the fee structure is both reasonable and straightforward for the value provided,” Gillette continued.

Autosoft to Host Free Training Events for FLEX DMS Customers

In other company news, Autosoft announced dates for two software training programs: Spring Training and Summer Driving School. These programs are a series of no-cost webinars created to assist FLEX DMS customers in managing and operating their DMS solution for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Spring Training Webinars will be held on Thursday of this week, March 26 and April 9. These sessions will cover vital new enhancements to Autosoft’s FLEX DMS solution, including significant developments to the finance, accounting, and parts and service modules.

Summer Driving School will run bi-weekly from June 11 until Aug. 20. Each webinar will be presented by a software support expert and provide instruction on common dealership processes, including accounting procedures; parts and inventory management; system backup; electronic repair orders; service, parts and accounting module integration; and reporting.

Last year, the company highlighted more than 1,700 dealers and their staffs attended Summer Driving School. The series will also be recorded and archived for future customer access.

Autosoft’s in-house experts will focus on specific applications and tasks within the FLEX DMS suite to help customers with different levels of experience become more efficient performing tasks within the software that are vital to success in their specific job functions.

“We take great pride in our in-house support team,” Autosoft executive vice president and chief technology officer Mark Hellbusch said. “No-cost training programs like Spring Training and Summer Driving School give us the ability to proactively share our team’s collected knowledge with customers.

“Instead of waiting for customers to call in, we ask our customers what they want to know and anticipate questions and concerns in developing these comprehensive programs,” Hellbusch continued.

Autosoft vice president of marketing Stephanie Woeste described how last year’s training set the table for what the company is rolling out this year.

“Last year’s Summer Driving School was such a hit that we are repeating the program with new courses. Continuous training is vital to our customers, whether they have new staff on board or seasoned employees who want to learn more advanced applications,” Woeste said.

“Autosoft’s success is tied to our deep commitment to our customers’ success. Expanding our Summer Driving School to include a Spring Training component this year to cover new system enhancements is just one way we’re responding to customers’ needs and concerns. We’re excited for another successful training season,” Woeste went on to say.
