Nissan and INFINITI dealers have another option to help remove affordability barriers that often lead customers to decline or defer recommended work.

The option came on Tuesday when DigniFi announced that it will offer its services. Nissan and INFINITI dealers across the United States will have access to DigniFi’s Buy Now, Pay Later and flexible financing platform for service, maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and eligible protection products.

By embedding financing directly into the service experience, DigniFi dealers can improve repair order approval rates, strengthen customer retention, and generate additional fixed operations revenue.

“Affordability has become one of the biggest challenges facing today’s vehicle owners,” DigniFi vice president of commercial partnerships of Taylor Nelson said in a news release. “Our work with Nissan North America gives dealers another way to help customers move forward with needed repairs and maintenance while creating new opportunities to improve retention, service revenue, and overall ownership experience.”

Participating dealers can offer customers a fast, mobile-first financing experience directly from the service drive, parts department, or F&I office.

Customers can prequalify, receive a financing decision, and complete the process in minutes from their own device.

DigniFi integrates directly into dealership workflows, allowing financing to be introduced throughout the customer journey rather than only at checkout.

“The mobile-first experience minimizes disruption for dealership staff while making it easy for customers to access financing whenever affordability becomes a factor,” DigniFi said.
