Canada’s largest dealer group has rolled out a revamped Audi store in British Columbia.
Last week, Dilawri announced Audi Capilano has launched a new location in North Vancouver, debuting a 27,500-square-foot two-story facility designed to reflect Audi’s Progressive Showroom Concept.
The dealership is said to be the first in Western Canada to feature this design from Audi.
The store is at 828 Automall Drive and includes a seven-vehicle showroom, two vehicle handover bays and a multi-vehicle service drive-through, along with five guest electric vehicle parking spots that include four Level 2 charging stations and one Level fast charger.
Its Progressive Showroom Concept design aims to foster, “guest-centric environment that brings together digital innovation and personalized service,” Dilawri said in a news release.
Its features include a “Sales Library,” which allows guests to explore vehicle content digitally. Audi Capilano’s showroom leans on “simplicity, flexibility, and a customer-first approach, allowing guests to explore vehicles, technology, and configuration options in a comfortable and highly curated setting,” the dealer group said.

The facility utilizes energy-efficient lighting and ventilation systems, as well as a solar array system.
“The opening of the new Audi Capilano location represents a significant investment in delivering a modern, elevated experience for our guests,” dealer group co-founder Ajay Dilawri said in the release. “This new facility reflects the innovation, performance, and premium standards that define the Audi brand.”
Binny Onqa, who is regional director of operations for Audi in British Columbia, added: “This is an exciting milestone for our team and for the community we proudly serve. We have created a space that enhances how we connect with our guests while showcasing the design, technology, and performance Audi is known for.”
