Solifi acquired Inovatec at the beginning of September, and the division is already building industry collaborations.

Surfacing this week is the provider of indirect lending and digital retailing workflows working with RouteOne, which is a key industry provider of a comprehensive suite of F&I solutions across in-store, online, mobile, and third-party channels.

The collaboration is geared to deliver enhanced and streamlined functionality initiated from Inovatec’s consumer experience.

Inovatec by Solifi and RouteOne highlighted the partnership brings together the strengths of both organizations for customers seeking to simplify the vehicle purchase process from research to deal finalization.

Through the collaboration, credit applications, credit decisions, document preparation, signature capture, deal submission, and contract validation can all securely managed in one workflow, so OEMs, captive finance sources, and dealer groups can create personalized consumer experiences that meet their localized needs.

The companies see this move as elevating consumer experiences while enabling increased efficiency and transparency for partners.

They also think working together results in a stronger compliance solution for progressive partners looking to meet customers where they want to transact.

“Our collaboration with Inovatec reflects a shared commitment to simplifying the online vehicle F&I process for dealers, finance sources, and consumers,” RouteOne Canada president Anthony Goulbourne said in a news release. “By bringing RouteOne’s integration capabilities directly into the Inovatec platform, we’re helping create a more efficient, connected workflow that reduces friction and supports faster, more accurate transactions.

“As consumer expectations continue to evolve, it is important to remain committed to collaboration with partners like Inovatec to ensure that we are supporting digital transformation. We couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with Inovatec,” Goulbourne added.

Inovatec by Solifi further broke down the benefits of the integrated solution that’s designed to help retailers. The enhancements include:

—Provide consistent online-to-in-store experience

—Reduce transaction complexity and manual processes

—Improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction

—Enable faster credit and financing decisions

—Deliver greater transparency throughout the purchasing journey

“This is about meeting buyers where they are. Our customers asked us to bring RouteOne’s connectivity directly into their digital retailing experience, and this integration does exactly that,” said Vladimir Kovacevic, General Manager of Inovatec by Solifi.

“A consumer can now go from application to signed contract in one connected flow, while OEMs, captive finance sources, and dealer groups keep the contracting and compliance infrastructure they rely on,” Kovacevic went on to say.
