DigniFi announced the appointment of Jefim Piekarz as chief product officer on Tuesday.
The fintech company specializing in access to automobile, powersports and RV repair financing said Piekarz will lead DigniFi’s product and engineering teams, advancing product strategy, technology development, and innovation.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Piekarz joins DigniFi following his leadership roles at Octane Lending, Etsy, and LogMeIn, where he helped launch and scale Xively, an IoT platform acquired by Google for $75 million.
“As DigniFi continues to evolve toward a more product-focused company, Jefim will play an important role in shaping our product strategy, strengthening how we prioritize and develop solutions, and ensuring our products align with the needs of our customers and partners,” DigniFi CEO Neeraj Mehta said in a news release.
Last month, Nissan and INFINITI dealers across the United States gained access to DigniFi’s Buy Now, Pay Later and flexible financing platform for service, maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and eligible protection products.
DigniFi highlighted Piekarz is known for his collaborative, people-first leadership approach, as he focuses on empowering teams, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

“DigniFi has built a strong foundation and has an exciting opportunity ahead,” said Piekarz, who will be based in New York and report directly to Mehta.
“I’m looking forward to working with this talented team, building on what they’ve accomplished, and bringing together people, technology, and customer insights to deliver innovative products and exceptional experiences for our customers and partners,” Piekarz went on to say.
