HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — Triad Financial Corp. announced it has appointed Mark Kelly as senior vice president of product development and risk management. In this position, he will oversee Triad's corporate lending strategy and risk practices.
Kelly has more than 15 years' experience with financial institutions, according to executives.
Most recently, he was with Hunter's Glen/Ford Ltd., an equity holder and managing partner of Triad, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating equity investments, including Triad.
Before that, Kelly served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Auto One Acceptance Corp., where he was responsible for financial accounting, treasury, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Prior to his time with Auto One, which was later acquired by Citigroup, Kelly served in the position of vice president and regional manager at Bank of America's housing division, where he was responsible for managing a national portfolio of manufacturing housing, auto loans and leases, executives concluded.
