CARMEL, Ind. — Dealer Services Corp., an inventory floor planning company based in Indiana, announced it is moving its corporate headquarters to a larger facility in the state.

Thanks to of steady growth, both in the number of employees and overall revenue, the three-year-old company said it has outgrown its original 13,000-square-foot facility.

The new 26,000-square-foot facility, located in the Carmel City Center, is sized to accommodate today's headquarters staff of 74, as well as anticipated staff growth for the next few years.

"The new location, just one mile north of our current facility, allows us to stay in the city of Carmel, where we have truly appreciated the city's services," said Brian Geitner, chief operating officer.

The floor planner also indicated it is expanding into other U.S. markets, including the recent opening of an office in Orlando, Fla. The Indiana-based company has slated three other markets for similar expansion projects.

"We built DSC on a philosophy of excellence in customer service, so we must be in convenient locations to meet the financing needs of our customers," said John Fuller, chief executive officer. 

Founded in July 2005, the company has grown to 500 employees in 71 U.S. offices, servicing more than 11,000 dealers with flexible and cost-effective inventory financing solutions, officials explained.

The company finances inventory in the auto, salvage, rental, lease/rent-to-own, powersports and RV/marine sectors.
