LAS VEGAS, Nev. — F&I Technology announced Wednesday the winners of its Captive and Non-Captive Funders of the Year.
These awards were presented at the F&I Technology Conference and Expo in Las Vegas and sponsored by RouteOne LLC.
Readers of F&I Magazine elected GMAC and CitiFinancial Auto as the winners.
The awards are designed to honor the finance sources' support of the dealer community. Both finance sources are fully integrated with the RouteOne platform.
"It's definitely a challenging time for the automotive retail industry, but it's clear by the results that GMAC and CitiFinancial have done what it takes to help dealers during this period," noted Gregory Arroyo, executive editor for F&I Management and Technology Magazine.
"It was also clear the role finance companies play in our business by the more than 1,600 votes cast by readers of the magazine," he continued.
