Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co. hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week to celebrate the opening of its new offices near Cleveland.
Gregory Kurtz, the mayor of Independence, Ohio, along with members of the city council, joined the festivities that also were live streamed to all seven of Weltman’s offices that have more than 550 employees.
The event was to celebrate the hard work of the firm’s staff and leadership for their journey from Brooklyn Heights to Independence. The firm took an all-staff photo in new “We Are Weltman” T-shirts followed by cake for all attendees.
The firm, which has been practicing law for more than 94 years, also has offices near Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago and Columbus, Ohio.
