Tax Max wants buy-here, pay-here and independent dealers to have clear strategy in place now through the close of federal and state filing seasons.

So, the company announced new tax season consulting groups, which will gather each Tuesday via Zoom until the IRS releases refunds in March.

The opening group session for BHPH dealers will be on Nov. 4, while the first group gathering for independent operators will be on Dec. 2.

Tax Max said it will provide approximately 10 minutes of prepared remarks followed by an open Q&A session.

“We will advise your sales, collections, and advertising and marketing teams on what they should be doing each week throughout the tax season,” Tax Max said. “A major topic will be the government shutdown, what every dealer needs to know and what they should be doing.

“We will also cover strategy, staff buy-in, bonus structures and incentive plans, same-day tax refund advances, underwriting tips, lead generation, selling a car before January, deal structure, monthly marketing strategies, the new Tax Max/SecureClose video, new tax season collections assistance, and best practices for every aspect of your business and how it correlates to tax season,” Tax Max continued.

“We will also discuss how dealers no longer have to do any of the work. Customers will file directly with Tax Max, and we send you the lead and their refund. This knowledge will be invaluable and will help ensure you maximize your tax season,” Tax Max went on to say.
