A year ago, BHPH United and Compliance Unleashed merged into a single training event to help buy-here, pay-here operators improve their businesses in variety of ways, all within the confines of state and federal regulations.

Last week, a third segment joined the training endeavor:  LHPH Capital, a leading provider of capital, education, and strategic support for lease-here, pay-here operators. The organization announced that its annual LHPH Summit will become part of the BHPH United Summit beginning in April.

Organizers said this collaboration, alongside the annual Compliance Unleashed conference, gives attendees access to three premier events for one combined registration price, offering an unprecedented opportunity for dealers to advance their business model, financing strategy, and operational compliance in one comprehensive setting.

For more than a decade, the LHPH Summit has been one of the industry’s only events focused exclusively on educating and empowering dealers operating or exploring the lease-here, pay-here model.

By joining forces with BHPH United, LHPH Capital is expanding the reach of its programming and bringing its expertise to a broader audience of independent dealers nationwide.

“LHPH continues to grow rapidly as dealers look for innovative ways to serve customers and strengthen their portfolios,” LHPH Capital CEO Tim Lawrence said in a news release. “Affiliating with BHPH United allows us to provide even more dealers with the education, tools, and resources they need to succeed — whether they’re launching LHPH for the first time or optimizing a mature program, or securing BHPH capital to support their growth and continued operation.”

This year’s BHPH United Summit/Compliance Unleashed welcomed nearly 500 attendees for three days of dealer-to-dealer learning, high-value sessions, and networking. The addition of the LHPH Summit is expected to elevate the 2026 event even further by expanding content on capital solutions, portfolio performance, consumer affordability, underwriting, and strategic opportunities unique to LHPH.

“The LHPH Summit is a natural fit for BHPH United,” said Shaun Petersen, president of BHPH United, representing the BHPH United Partners. “Our events share the same mission – bringing dealers together to learn from one another and grow stronger as a community. Bringing the LHPH Summit into the fold enhances the value dealers receive and makes the premier industry event even better.”

Planning is underway for the combined BHPH United/Compliance Unleashed/LHPH Summit event, which will take place April 19–21 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Attendees will receive all three conference education experiences for one unified price: $599 for the first dealership attendee and $299 for each additional attendee.
