Nordis Technologies announced the promotion of four of its executives on Tuesday, including a pair who have been with the company for about 30 years.

Elevated into new roles for the provider of omnichannel customer communications management and payments technology solutions were Richard O’Rourke, Bryan Ten Broek, Lee Selinger and Jennifer Barcelo.

“These leaders have been key players in accelerating Nordis Technologies’ growth, innovation and market leadership,” Nordis Technologies founder and CEO Ronnie Selinger said in a news release. “Their new responsibilities are a recognition of their critical contributions as well as foundational to an organization and leadership realignment designed to propel Nordis and its clients to greater achievements and success as we move forward in the AI era.”

The company also used the news release to elaborate about these promotions.

O’Rourke, one of the first Nordis Technologies employees more than 30 years ago, has steadily advanced to his newest position of chief revenue officer.

In his roles in sales and client relations, Nordis Technologies highlighted O’Rourke has been instrumental in growing the company’s client base, retaining long-term, satisfied customers and expanding into new markets.

As CRO, O’Rourke is focusing on meeting current and prospective client needs, especially optimizing customer engagement and operating efficiencies by fully leveraging Digital Communication Records (DCRs) unique to Nordis’ cloud omnichannel customer communications management platform Expresso.

Ten Broek has been promoted to senior vice president of business development.

Ten Broek, who joined Nordis Technologies in 2016 as vice president of marketing and business development, led the company’s repositioning in customer communications and payments technology solutions beyond its origins as a print and mail service provider.

In his new position, Ten Broek is concentrating on building share in current markets as well as exploring opportunities in additional industries through direct sales and fostering referral partnerships.

Lee Selinger has been appointed vice president of omnichannel technical operations, a new position that combines omnichannel communications support and delivery management across all print and digital channels into a single team.

Selinger, a Nordis employee for nearly 30 years, has been critical in building the company and managing all aspects of communications, electronic presentations and payments operations.

As VP of omnichannel technical operations, Selinger oversees the Expresso platform from data inputs to DCR outputs that are transformed into paper, email and text communications and payments, providing connected, unified client experiences across channels and programs that improve client satisfaction.

Barcelo has been named vice president of client experience, a re-designed position at Nordis Technologies combining client-centric teams under one umbrella to emphasize and enhance the client journey. Barcelo and her teams are focused on client activities from sales to delivery.

Since joining the company in 2018 as a solutions consultant, Barcelo has taken on increasing responsibility for client onboarding as adoption of the Expresso platform has surged due to new clients and rapidly expanding program scopes for all clients.

In her new role, Barcelo is leading client engagement from sales-solutions to implementation, program launch and ongoing client service and support.

“This distinctive evolution of Nordis through organizational advancements and leadership growth is rewarding for our entire team,” Nordis Technologies COO Nicole Miller said.
