Tom Hudson, Jim Bass, Gary Perdue and Suzi Straffon.
The National Automotive Finance Association is looking to add to that list of award-winning professionals who have made meaningful contributions to the non-prime auto finance community.
The NAF Association is now accepting nominations for its annual industry awards, which have previously been given to those four individuals.
Hudson, Bass and Perdue have been recipients of the Jack Tracey Pinnacle Award, which recognizes long-term service and dedication to the industry and association.
Straffon was the first professional to be given the Summit Leadership Award, which celebrates leadership impact and the ability to inspire progress and innovation within the industry.
“Nominations provide an opportunity to recognize the people whose work often happens behind the scenes but has a lasting impact on our industry,” NAF Association executive director Jennifer Martin said. “We encourage members of the NAF community to take a moment to highlight the professionals who are helping move non-prime auto finance forward.”

Recipients will be recognized during the NAF Association’s annual Non-Prime Auto Financing Conference, which is set for June 2–4 at the Omni Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. This year’s gathering also marks the 30th anniversary of association’s flagship event.
“The conference will bring together leaders from across the industry for education, networking, and discussion of the most pressing issues facing the non-prime auto finance market,” the association said. “The awards presentation is one of the highlights of the conference and provides an opportunity to celebrate the individuals whose leadership and dedication help shape the future of the industry.”
