CarGurus bills itself as Canada’s top-rated car-shopping app, and now it’s picking up speed.
The platform for buying and selling vehicles has joined with NASCAR Canada as the auto racing circuit’s newest presenting partner and the official automotive marketplace of the NASCAR Canada Series.
As part of the multi-year partnership, CarGurus will be the entitlement partner for two races, beginning with the season-opening CarGurus 200 this weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario.
The deal also establishes CarGurus as an official presenting partner, along with Pinty’s and NAPA Auto Parts.
“CarGurus has become a trusted guide for consumers and dealers throughout the car buying and selling experience,” NASCAR Canada general manager Alan Labrosse said. “and we look forward to working together to reach racing fans across Canada.”
In a news release, CarGurus touted its tools and features, including price drop alerts, deal ratings and price history, as well as the ability to start financing online to save time at the dealership.

CarGurus is also a sponsor of Canada’s Used Car Week, coming up June 16-17 in Toronto.
