Executive changes at Nordis Technologies that began in February continued on Wednesday; this time with a significant family connection.
The provider of omnichannel customer communications management and payments technology solutions promoted Lee Selinger to the new position of vice president of omnichannel operations.
In this role, Selinger now leads the entire production lifecycle of communications and payments, including all output channels, such as mail, email, text, and payments, for Nordis’ cloud CCM platform Expresso. He also oversees Nordis’ printing and mail services facilities in Florida and Nevada.
In February, Nordis Technologies announced the promotion of four of its executives, including a pair who have been with the company for about 30 years.
And triggered in part by five accomplishments while with the company for the past eight years, Nordis Technologies earlier this month named chief operating officer Nicole Miller to the additional role of president.
Now, it’s Selinger’s turn to be in the promotion cycle.

The company highlighted Selinger has been instrumental in advancing and running major business functions, from IT and production operations and support to product and target industry strategies. He played an important role in developing the business requirements for the ground-breaking Expresso technology, moving all company systems and Expresso operations to the cloud in 2013, and introducing and managing Nordis’ electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) platform, ExpressoPay, since its launch.
“Lee has been a major contributor from Nordis’ start more than 30 years ago and brings a deep understanding of the business from having worked in and led nearly every area. His leadership and expertise are key in helping us advance our omnichannel communications and payments capabilities to deliver orchestrated customer experiences,” said Nordis Technologies founder and chief executive officer Ronnie Selinger, who is Lee Selinger’s brother.
The company added Lee Selinger has helped transform Nordis from a print shop to the current high-tech, AI-enabled business.
“He is uniquely suited to this new position, which addresses today’s reality of connected, cohesive customer communications that elevate traditionally generic, outbound financial documents to coordinated, personalized, mobile-first and digital-first campaigns and programs,” Miller said.
Lee Selinger is among the longest-tenured Nordis employees, having started work there as a graphic designer while earning his undergraduate degree.
Most recently vice president of technical omnichannel operations, Selinger also has served as senior director of product support, director of IT support and data operations and production manager.
