NIADA highlights board candidates, expo hall for upcoming convention

The National Independent Automobile Dealers Association recently revealed candidates for its 2026-2027 board of directors.
The group originated from an open call seeking applications from interested members. Then a nominating committee, led by the board chairman, used specific criteria outlined in the association bylaws to compile the list, which includes:
Chairman – Don Griffin
President – Darla Booher
President-Elect – Dan Johnson
Treasurer – Chris Maher

The board will start its term during the NIADA Convention & Expo, which is scheduled for June 21-24 in Denver.
NIADA also highlighted that organizers have nearly sold all spots for the expo hall, which they called “the premier place to learn about the products and services relevant to your business. No other conference on earth can boast the quantity and quality of exhibitors specifically focused on serving the independent dealer world.”
The association said 140 companies have already booked their spots in what is shaping up to be one of the biggest exhibit halls NIADA has ever hosted.
