The Non-Prime Auto Financing Conference officially reaches its 30th anniversary on Tuesday.
The National Automotive Finance Association is welcoming the industry to Irving, Texas, to celebrate with three days of what the organization is calling its “most interactive, engaging, and forward-looking events yet.”
From artificial intelligence and economic trends to compliance, fraud, structured finance, and operational strategy, the NAF Association said this year’s agenda was intentionally designed to reflect the conversations leaders across non-prime auto finance are actively having right now.
“This year’s conference is really about bringing the industry together to have meaningful conversations about where we are and where we’re headed next,” NAF Association executive director Jennifer Martin said. “The environment is evolving quickly, and people are looking for practical insight, fresh perspective, and opportunities to connect with peers who understand the challenges firsthand.”
Conference organizers are also expecting strong participation in the NAF Networks peer discussions, where attendees will gather in collaborative groups focused on leadership, operations, servicing, and technology.
“The NAF Networks sessions create space for the kinds of conversations attendees can’t always have in a formal presentation setting,” NAF Association board chair Suzi Straffon said. “People share ideas, compare approaches, and build relationships that continue long after the conference ends.”

Along with educational and networking sessions, the NAF Association will also give its annual honors, handing out the Jack Tracey Pinnacle Award and the Summit Leadership Award.
And after the presentations conclude, the awards are bestowed and the last in-person greetings are exchanged, the NAF Association is hopeful about what its 30th conference does for the industry beyond this week.
“Membership extends far beyond one event,” Martin said. “It’s about ongoing education, industry insight, peer collaboration, leadership development, and staying connected throughout the year.”
