Weltman, Weinberg & Reis recently added two more legal professionals to its Ohio offices in Cleveland and Columbus.

The full-service creditors’ rights law firm with more than 95 years of client service welcomed attorney Genny Moss to the Cleveland office and attorney Laila Guled to the Columbus location.

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis highlighted Moss brings a well-rounded and deeply practical perspective to her work, shaped by more than a decade of legal experience and many years supporting accounts receivable functions in bankruptcy and litigation.

When asked about joining the firm, Moss said, “Joining a firm with such a strong legacy of integrity and dedication is truly exciting. The opportunity to learn from some of the best and brightest creditors’ counsel alongside a brilliant and dedicated support team is incredibly meaningful. The firm’s focus on client service and compliance to maximize recovery is impressive.”

Shareholder and bankruptcy group chair Scott Fink added, “We are thrilled to welcome Genny to our bankruptcy team. She brings with her a wealth of bankruptcy knowledge and a terrific work ethic and I’m excited to see her career progress to the next level. Both the firm and our clients will benefit greatly from Genny’s talents.”

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis mentioned Guled’s path to becoming an attorney was driven by a longstanding interest in the legal field.

Practicing in the firm’s consumer collections group, Guled works with businesses and financial institutions to support the recovery of outstanding consumer debt.

When asked about joining the firm, Guled said, “I am both grateful and thrilled to be joining Weltman. The team has been incredible, and I look forward to growing alongside them.”

Shareholder and consumer collections group chair David Head went on to say, “Laila is a welcome and much needed addition to the Columbus team. Laila has the work ethic and eagerness we are looking for in young attorneys. I look forward to witnessing her development and career progression at Weltman.”
