Last week, Solutions by Text rebranded itself as SBT in a move the company said will “reflect its evolution into a revenue activation platform.”

Building on its legacy as a pioneer in compliant text messaging for the regulated financial industry, SBT highlighted that it’s bringing engagement, payments, and intelligence together to help businesses turn conversations into action and revenue.

SBT added a new expression to its brand, too, saying, “Let’s Get You Paid.”

SBT explained that consumer expectations are moving beyond simply receiving information. Your customers want to engage, respond, and get things done with less effort, according to SBT.

SBT’s 2026 consumer research conducted by Datos Insights reinforces that shift. The researched showed 47% of respondents said they would be more likely to pay if they could do so directly within a payment reminder.

“We’ve spent years helping businesses make meaningful connections with consumers. Now we’re building on that foundation to help those connections accomplish more,” said, of SBT CEO David Baxter said in a news release. “Our new brand reflects how far we’ve come and, more importantly, where we’re going.

“We’re expanding what’s possible across the consumer journey, bringing together the technology, intelligence, and trust to make every interaction more valuable for the businesses and people we serve,” Baxter continued.

SBT also highlighted its FinText platform brings messaging, payments, compliance, and intelligence together.

Richer, interactive messaging, expanded payment capabilities, and AI-driven insights can help businesses in regulated industries create more connected interactions, reduce friction, and make it easier for consumers to complete what they started.

The name may be shorter, but the vision is bigger,” the company said. “SBT carries forward the expertise and trusted relationships that built Solutions by Text, with a renewed focus on helping businesses make more of every connection. It’s a simple ambition with meaningful impact: Let’s Get You Paid.”
