DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — World Omni Financial Corp. and CenterOne
Financial Services learned this week that Standard & Poor's Ratings
Services recently reaffirmed its strong ranking of both companies, which have
maintained this status since 2004.
Officials insisted this ranking represents the highest
ranking possible for a consumer finance, automobile loan and lease servicer.
They believe World Omni/CenterOne remains the only consumer finance, automobile
loan and lease servicer in the nation to achieve this distinction.
According to the Standard & Poor's report, the overall
ranking was reaffirmed based on "the company's highly experienced management
team, internal controls and risk management, training programs, policies and
procedures, demonstrated default and asset management expertise, robust level
of automation, effective use of technology, and execution of strategic business
initiatives."
Standard & Poor's utilizes its servicer evaluation analytical
methodology to examine various metrics. Brent Sergot, vice president and general
manager of third party business operations for World Omni, stressed the
companies compared favorably to industry standards.
