Bell & Williams taps RISC for compliance monitoring

According to a post on social media, Bell & Williams Associates has selected Recovery Industry Services Co. (RISC) as its exclusive partner for third-party recovery agent compliance monitoring.
In a move that was effective Oct. 1, RISC will manage all compliance document monitoring and inspections for Bell & Williams’ recovery agent network.
“After a thorough evaluation, Bell & Williams chose RISC for their unmatched expertise, proven oversight, and commitment to protecting clients with advanced compliance solutions,” the company said in that post.
“Together, we’re raising the bar for accountability and compliance in the repossession industry,” Bell & Williams added.
Bell & Williams will be a part of Used Car Week again this year as the sponsor of the Loss Mitigation Executive of the Year Award. The honor will be handed out during Used Car Week, which runs from Nov. 17-20 in Las Vegas.
