Southeast Toyota Finance Unveils Military Rebate Offer
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — Southeast Toyota Finance is joining in Toyota's support for U.S. military personnel, announcing recently that these troops will be given a $1,000 rebate on new Scion purchase or lease, or they can get a $500 rebate for any new Toyota purchase or lease.
"Our courageous service men and women put their lives at risk to protect America's freedom, and we at Southeast Toyota Finance want to show appreciation by offering additional assistance during their Toyota or Scion purchase," said Mike Tiufekchiev, vice president of Sales and Dealer Services, Southeast Toyota Finance.
"We are incredibly grateful for their commitment and the sacrifices they make defending our country," he added.
At the time of purchase or lease, eligible rebate recipients must be: an inactive Reserve or in current active duty status in the U.S. Military (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard, Navy, or active Reserve) or a member of the U.S. Military inactive Reserve (i.e. Ready Reserve) that is part of the Individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve, or Inactive National Guard.
Officials noted that recipients must have verifiable proof of military status, proof of active service, or inactive Reserve status when they make the lease or purchase. They added that retired military personnel are not eligible for the rebate.
The deal is good through Jan. 2. It can be combined with other current offers. However, the rebate has to be used either as a down payment on retail installment contracts or as a capitalized cost reduction on lease contracts.
