MINNEAPOLIS -

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services recently integrated with Frazer's Bankers Systems brand retail installment contracts.

Officials explained the integration can provide Frazer with the ability to electronically select and print plain-paper compliant contracts, disclosures and ancillary forms through the Frazer DMS system. Frazer software is used at more than 11,000 dealerships throughout the U.S., and has integrated Bankers Systems contracts for all 50 states.

"Keeping up with changing federal and state-specific requirements and regulations is a serious challenge for our clients," said Michael Frazer, owner of Frazer Computing. "This relationship enhances our ability to provide seamless compliance for our dealers, and ultimately allows our dealers to save time and simplify the credit application and contract creation process."

Brad Fleener is senior director and general manager of indirect lending at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Fleener also commented about the new integration.

"Integration with Frazer's dealer management software means dealers can gain peace of mind knowing that the regulatory compliance and business challenges surrounding auto finance transactions are being addressed before each loan application crosses their desk," Fleener said.

"We are excited to work with Frazer and further deepen our commitment to the dealers they serve."
