Ed Morse Automotive Group has grown again, acquiring Graven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lebanon, Mo., from the Graven family.
The dealership, which has been renamed Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, is the 11th in Missouri for Ed Morse, and its third in Lebanon. The Florida-based dealership group now operates 60 franchises in 54 locations covering eight states.
“This family-owned dealership will be the ideal fit for our organization since it is well-managed and highly respected in the area,” Ed Morse CEO Teddy Morse said. “We look forward to getting to know the dedicated staff there and making them a part of our family.”
The acquisition is Ed Morse’s second this year. Four weeks ago, the group purchased Porsche Des Moines, Iowa’s only Porsche dealership.
