Recharged co-founder and CEO John Foley is firmly focused on growing his used electric-vehicle retailing enterprise. It’s also why Foley is among the “Game Changers in Auto Retail,” presented by Conversica to be honored during Used Car Week.
Foley on Wednesday reinforced a critical part of his operations, as Recharged prepares to expand beyond its experience center locations in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. Recharged chose Super Dispatch to become the logistics “backbone” for its operations along the East Coast.
“Our goal is to continue our national expansion and become the largest online retailer of EVs. To get there, we need a partner who can keep every vehicle moving and every team aligned as we grow. Super Dispatch is that partner,” Foley said in a news release from Super Dispatch.
“As we expand into new markets, having a unified platform bringing visibility across our logistics operation will help us scale confidently without losing alignment across our business,” he added.
With the Super Dispatch platform, the automotive transportation management company highlighted that Recharged has full visibility and control across its logistics operations, from vehicle acquisition to delivery, along with:
—One place to manage every move: Recharged can replace a patchwork of broker portals and status requests with a single view of every order, from pickup to delivery.

—Real-time vehicle tracking: Live driver location, plus date- and location-stamped photos and electronic BOLs at pickup and delivery. Recharged can also send retail customers a tracking link so its team doesn’t have to relay updates.
—More visibility into carrier selection: Recharged can manage its own approved carriers, backed by Super Dispatch’s carrier verification, ratings and reviews, and insurance monitoring.
—Data-driven pricing. Pricing insights can show what each lane is actually moving for, so Recharged can price loads with confidence and keep costs in check.
—Simple carrier payments. SuperPay pays carriers only after delivery is confirmed with tracking, photos and a signature, so Recharged isn’t chasing payments across Venmo and Zelle.
—Scalable carrier management. Recharged can manage hundreds of moves a month, and automated price increases on posted loads mean no one has to monitor offers.
“Recharged is a modern, fast-growing marketplace with the kind of transportation needs that demand real visibility and control,” Super Dispatch CEO Matt Bradley said in the news release.
“Vehicles are moving between auction channels, reconditioning centers, storefronts and customers’ driveways, and we’re proud to be the platform that keeps every one of those moves connected as they scale,” Bradley went on to say.
