FREDERICK, Md. –
National Auto Auction Association president Paul Lips will head a webinar panel discussion today examining arbitration policy changes adopted by the NAAA Board of Directors this year.
The webinar, titled Arbitration Policy: A Year in Review, is scheduled for today at 2 p.m. EST, and is free to NAAA members.
Lips also serves as executive vice president of operations and finance for ADESA.
Other webinar panelists include NAAA Standards Committee co-chairs Craig Amelung and Matt Arias, who will discuss the year’s most-asked arbitration questions.
Amelung works as senior director of operations support for Manheim; Arias is director of operational excellence at Manheim.
Moderating the discussion will be Frank Hackett, chief executive officer of the NAAA.
