SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. -

In what the company calls a “highly anticipated” product release, DealerSocket has announced its new database-mining tool.

The customer relationship management firm late last week noted the release of RevenueRadar, which uses DealerSocket technology.

RevenueRadar features 11 queries called Radars, the company said, that continuously search the user’s database and send “Pings” when customers are in unique positions to spend. The goal is to drive revenue to the user’s sales and service departments.

“We’ve spent several years researching the market and assessing customer needs while developing RevenueRadar,” said Brad Perry, DealerSocket co-founder and CTO. “This tool is a true game changer for DealerSocket.”

The new tool works with every major DMS, DealerSocket reported, and integrates with DealerSocket CRM, allowing Pings to appear throughout the user’s CRM.

This CRM integration offers accountability, execs said, and the opportunity to maximize each Ping.
