Big Week on Tap at ServNet Auctions

Thousands of cars in the lanes, burgers on the grill and classic rock ‘n’ roll music — it’s a big week for a few ServNet Auctions.
The company has announced promotional sales at Brasher’s Northwest on Wednesday and at Brasher’s Portland on Thursday. Combined, the sales will feature more than 3,000 vehicles.
Post-sales, customers can take part in drawings for guitars, and in Portland will have the chance to win Steve Miller Band memorabilia.
Then, they’ll head to McMenamin’s Edgefield Amphitheater for an outdoor concert featuring the Steve Miller Band.
“Brasher’s Backstage is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationships we enjoy all year long with our buyers and sellers,” said Jerry Hinton, general manager at Brasher’s Portland Auto Auction.
“We certainly enjoy meeting our customers every week at the auction,” added Brasher’s Northwest General Manager Mark Melton. “However, it’s great to change gears once in a while. We’re looking forward to a great evening with our customers and the staff at our sister auction, enjoying a beautiful summer evening and rocking out to some great music!”

Also this week, Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City will hold round one of its 25th anniversary celebration, on Thursday. Dubbed The Heat Wave, the sale will include more than 2,000 vehicles and will end with a Mystery Car Giveway.
“We’ve been hearing the same question around the auction for weeks: ‘What kind of car are you giving away?’” said Gary Smith, auction owner and general manager. “Our customers are thrilled when we put the vehicle on display: a 2014 Chevy Silverado, and are more excited than ever to find out who will win the truck at The Heat Wave.”
Smith said auction customers have flooded the ticket hopper with entries since June 2012, earning one ticket for every vehicle consigned, bought or sold.
Also appearing at the event will be Ross Magness on the grill; he previously managed DAA/OKC's café and catered many Party Sales.
DAA/OKC's 25th anniversary celebration will continue through the fall, Smith noted, with an Anniversary Party Sale set for Oct. 17.
