ALBANY, N.Y. –
Auto/Mate Dealership Systems, which offers dealership management system software, announced this week that it will take part in a new program aimed to assist auto retailers with the use of industry-related technology.
The company will participate in General Motors’ new Dealership Technology Assistance Program, after Auto/Mate’s dealership management system and Customer/Mate both received certification from GM.
“The DTAP certification ensures that dealers using our DMS will have the functionality necessary to support seamless OEM data and communications exchange,” said Mike Esposito, president and chief executive officer of Auto/Mate.
Auto/Mate’s DMS is fully integrated with GM’s dealer communications system, the company noted, as well as GM’s Sales and Service Workbench solutions.
The solutions offer dealers real-time data exchange and OEM updates through the company’s DMS.
