Dealer Live Introduces New Automotive BDC

Identifying dealership assets, and generating more revenue — those are among the goals of a new product introduced by Dealer Live this week.
The company says its new automotive BDC is designed to help dealership management identify dealership assets, maximize revenue-generating opportunities, build customer loyalty and increase sales initiatives by pulling information from various sources.
The BDC available through Dealer Live also features a CRM tool that offers dealership teams improved ability to manage contacts and promote sales team efforts, the company said.
Also, the product’s ILM, or Internet Lead Manager, can be used to generate increased revenues and promote brand loyalty amongst existing customers.
Another key feature offers the ability to increase potential buyer traffic on a dealership’s website, which the tool can then help the dealership transform into real leads and sales to boost the bottom line.
