COLUMBUS, Ohio –
To streamline how dealers request and receive pre or post-sale services, Columbus Fair Auto Auction (CFAA) announced Tuesday that it now offers clients a mobile-friendly dashboard.
The new dashboard — the Dealer Service Center (DSC) —- is accessible through CFAA.com.
CFAA services available through DSC include title assistance, transportation, recon, mechanical services and arbitration requests.
Via DSC, dealers can quickly submit requests and receive an instant confirmation regarding their inquiries, the company said.
“The Dealer Service Center is another step forward for Columbus Fair as we continue to provide the most optimized auction experience by blending modern technology with traditional values,” CFAA marketing manager Richard Peyton said in a news release. “The DSC is a great way to contain communication in a centralized location in order to receive and expedite our dealer’s requests.”
Additionally, dealers using DSC can write reviews and read previous reviews about CFAA. Along with a general comments section, star ratings for areas such as customer service, selection of inventory and bidding experience are available for dealers to choose from.
