CARMEL, Ind. — Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana this week announced a new customer service center and said this new facility is geared to offer stronger service for the company's dealer base and auction partners.

DSC's chief executive officer indicated, "the concept is simple." Brian Geitner explained "our 15,000-square-foot customer service center houses two distinct teams — a dealer services team and an auction services team. Together these teams of 60 employees are poised to provide the industry's best customer service and are able to assist clients with any aspect of their daily business needs."

The setup for the dealer services team is intended to provide space for more personal attention regarding clients' daily transactions and administrative requests. DSC believes the staff at this facility can complement its cluster of local account representatives, who are available to discuss products, services and business strategy on-site at a dealer's place of business.

DSC also contends this new center can offer the best in account servicing, utilizing the latest software platforms combined with quality assurance programs. Furthermore, management emphasized customer interactions are regularly monitored to assure they meet standards relating to call content, service attributes and professionalism.

"At DSC, we value each opportunity to talk to our dealers and work hard to provide fast, efficient solutions to their business needs," Geitner declared.

Turning next to its auction services division, the DSC head elaborated about how the facility is meant to serve this client segment better, too. The division can coordinate event sales, marketing campaigns and provide sale-day assistance

"With over 1,000 auctions in the DSC Universal Source Network, we recognize the additional value we can create for our customers by servicing our auction partners," Geitner stressed.

"Hundreds of auctions communicate daily with our Auction Services Center via fax, phone and of course, their online Virtual Office," he went on to say. "At DSC Auction Services, we recognize that when the sales ends, our work begins."
