Auto industry F&I and training provider JM&A Group has introduced a new plan to help dealers attract and keep employees.
The Health Captive Program, part of JM&A Group Dealership Insurance Services, is designed to help dealerships provide competitive, cost-effective health benefits that can improve employee retention and recruitment.
“It was our dealer partners who were the inspiration for this initiative,” JM&A Group Dealership Insurance Services vice president Scott Blume said. “We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all, so when our dealers came to us in search of a solution, we knew it was time to create one that met our high standards.”
The company said the program was created in partnership with Imagine 360, a healthcare provider focused on providing employees with high-quality care at a fair price, taking a holistic approach to employee healthcare by “delivering real savings while enhancing access to quality care.”
In a news release, JM&A said its Health Captive Program provides flexibility in plan design — including coverage, copays and deductibles — and collaborative risk-sharing for more predictable underwriting, which the company said could lead to savings of 15%-30%.
In addition, the company said, it can give dealership employees lower out-of-pocket costs, deductibles and premiums with no in- or out-of-network restrictions and the potential for $0 copays on brand-name and specialty medication and hospital claims.
