BizzyCar, an AI-driven automated service recall management platform, is updating its Mobile Service Software, offering enhanced features for its nationwide network of dealer partners.
BizzyCar’s platform is designed to automate appointment scheduling and identify ideal customers for mobile visits, especially those with time-sensitive recalls. The company said its Mobile Service app has been used for more than 35,000 mobile appointments, and appointments are increasing by nearly 250% per year.
“In today’s market, it’s not enough to simply offer mobile service,” CEO Ryan Maher said. “Dealers need a way to make it work for their bottom line. Our platform goes beyond dispatching — it streamlines recall management and equips service departments with tools to maximize performance and profitability.”
BizzyCar said its new additions include simplified mobile service appointment management, with drag-and-drop scheduling and ZIP-based technician assignments to manage up to four schedules in real time; the ability to track multiple vehicles and routes in real time; mobile payment to process payments remotely; and mobile service types to configure additional service types for services like oil changes, battery replacements and more.
BizzyCar said additional features will be added later this year.
“Our data shows mobile service is more than a convenience — it’s a smart, scalable business model,” Maher said. “When you pair mobile service with intelligent recall scheduling, the impact on dealership operations is substantial.”
