Vehlo’s Dealerlogix is latest certified provider for VW’s eConnect program

Dealerlogix, an all-in-one fixed operations software suite for dealership service departments, has been approved as a certified provider in Volkswagen’s eConnect program.
Dealerlogix provides retention text communications through its Text2Drive product, providing online service scheduling, service valet, service lane check-in, electronic multipoint inspections with video and pictures, mobile payments with fraud protection, bilateral DMS communications and more.

In a news release, Dealerlogix said certification in VW’s eConnect program required an evaluation to make sure critical features and seamless integrations are available for VW dealerships. to provide “an effortless experience” for online appointment scheduling, valet pickup and drop-off, repair order writeups, digital multipoint inspections with e-approvals, texting and mobile bill pay — all available from a mobile phone.

Dealerlogix is part of Vehlo’s Dealership Software Division, which also includes Text2Drive, Rapid Recon, Service Lane eAdvisor and Velocity Automotive Solutions.
