MINI of Downtown Los Angeles has moved into its new home.
The top-ranked MINI dealer in Southern California, part of the Car Pros Automotive Group, celebrated its grand re-opening following a $1 million facility renovation.
The celebration included a “Cars & Coffee” event on June 21 that brought MINI enthusiasts from throughout the region together for pastries, handcrafted espresso drinks and exclusive test drives of the latest MINI models, including the 2025 MINI Cooper Convertible and all-electric MINI Countryman SE.
MINI product experts hosted VIP walk-arounds and demo drives, while local car-club members showcased classic and modern MINIs on site.
The upgrade to the 16,000-square-foot space is designed to deliver an enhanced customer experience with expanded lounge space, digital sales stations, a gourmet coffee bar and upgraded service facilities optimized for electrified and high-performance MINI models.
“This renovation raises the bar for what a MINI customer experience should be, right in the heart of Los Angeles,” Car Pros CEO Matthew Phillips said. “From fast EV charging capability to an inviting café-style showroom, every detail was designed to delight current MINI owners and attract the next generation of MINI fans.”
MINI of Downtown Los Angeles, acquired by Car Pros from Nick Alexander Imports in 2023, has served the downtown Los Angeles community and surrounding area for more than 40 years. In addition to being the top-selling MINI dealer in Southern California, Car Pros said it ranks sixth nationally.
“This reaffirms our long-term commitment to the MINI brand, the DTLA community and our customers,” Phillips said. “We are proud of the focused, premium MINI experience our team consistently delivers, and incredibly grateful to our customers and the broader LA community for celebrating this exciting new chapter with us. Their energy, loyalty and love for the brand inspire us every day, and we are pleased to continue investing in this neighborhood and the MINI community.”
Ken Garff selects automotiveMastermind to power data platform
