Gubagoo, a provider of digital retailing and conversational commerce for auto dealerships, announced its Virtual Retailing platform is now available to Ford and Lincoln dealerships as part of the FordDirect program.

In a news release, Gubagoo said Virtual Retailing offers a complete retail workflow, providing a guided shopping experience, virtual desking, a payment calculation engine and smart F&I menus and bundles, whether online or in-store, and allows customers to pick up right where they left off in the online purchasing journey when they come to the store.

“This is an exciting opportunity to partner with an organization that understands the power of connecting data, analytics and technology to pursue exceptional outcomes,” Gubagoo president Brad Title said. “We’re honored to be part of this program for Ford and Lincoln dealerships and look forward to helping them with their efforts to reach, connect and sell to customers across the U.S.”

Gubagoo said its Virtual Retailing is certified by the Automotive Standards Council, an organization that creates universal standards and guidelines for Google Analytics 4. The company said the certification reflects its commitment to collaboration and a focus on creating the best outcomes for its customers and on helping dealers get the most out of their data.

FordDirect CEO Dean Stoneley welcomed Gubagoo’s platform into the program.

“Harnessing the power of digital retailing is vital to ensuring each dealership is able to reach every potential customer,” he said, “and provide them with an experience that fits their expectations, compels them to visit the store and ultimately to purchase the vehicle they’re looking for.”

FordDirect is a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and its dealers that gives the dealers exclusive access to digital marketing and advertising products and services.
