Stay Connected: Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

As of July 23, 2025, Cherokee Media Group began sending emails, newsletters, and digital content from new domains to improve the security and delivery of our communications.

To ensure you continue receiving our updates without interruption, please add the following domains to your safe sender list:

• news.autoremarketing.com
• updates.autoremarketing.com

If you use a corporate or business email address, your IT or mail server administrator may need to whitelist these domains. See the instructions below for several common email providers.

What is Whitelisting?

Whitelisting tells your email provider to deliver messages from a specific email address or domain directly to your inbox, rather than marking them as spam or junk.

How to Whitelist Our Domains

Gmail

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose See all settings
2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
3. Click Create a new filter
4. In the From field, enter:
   news.autoremarketing.com and updates.autoremarketing.com
5. Click Create filter
6. Check the box that says Never send it to Spam
7. Click Create filter again to save

Yahoo Mail

1. Click the gear icon and select More Settings
2. Choose Filters and click Add new filters
3. Name your filter (for example, “Auto Remarketing”)
4. In the From field, enter:
   news.autoremarketing.com and updates.autoremarketing.com
5. For Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox
6. Click Save

Outlook (Web Version)

1. Click the gear icon and select View all Outlook settings
2. Choose Mail, then select Junk email
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
4. Enter:
   news.autoremarketing.com
   updates.autoremarketing.com
5. Click Save

Apple Mail (Mac OS)

1. Open the Mail app and select Mail > Settings
2. Go to the Rules tab and click Add Rule
3. Name the rule (for example, “Whitelist Auto Remarketing”)
4. Set the condition to: If From contains news.autoremarketing.com or updates.autoremarketing.com
5. Set the action to: Move message to Inbox
6. Click OK to save

Found Us in Spam?

If you see one of our messages in your spam or junk folder, mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk. This helps ensure future emails go straight to your inbox.
