Car Wars has announced two integrations to widen the reach of its artificial intelligence-powered service scheduling tool.

The provider of dealership call management technology said its Cari Scheduler now integrates with service lane technology provider Dealer-FX in a partnership designed to enable dealerships to book, modify and manage service appointments in real time with OEM-aligned accuracy.

Cari connects directly into Dealer-FX’s ONE platform, which the companies said is endorsed by OEMs, including such as General Motors, Toyota and Stellantis. Car Wars said intelligence from Dealer-FX eliminates double-bookings, keeps calendars accurate and improves customer service.

Cari is available 24/7/365 to handle routine appointment calls, allowing advisors to focus on the drive, keeping bays full and service operations running efficiently. The AI-powered scheduling assistant answers inbound calls, detects caller intent and automatically books service appointments into the dealership management software.

“Our mission is to make service scheduling as seamless and efficient as possible for dealers,” Car Wars CEO Stephane Ferri said. “By connecting Cari directly with Dealer-FX, we’re enabling dealerships to run more OEM-aligned, accurate and efficient service operations while creating a smoother booking experience for their customers.”

Car Wars said the Dealer-FX integration is available now to dealerships ready to set up Cari Scheduler.

The company has also integrated with CDK to publish on the DMS provider’s Fortellis Marketplace, offering dealers, OEMs and developers the ability to quickly create new solutions to streamline operations.

The Fortellis Marketplace is an online automotive commerce exchange that designed to create an exchange of information and data in an open, secure and accessible global network. Car Wars said the CDK allows it to give dealers intelligent, AI-powered scheduling capabilities that increase efficiency and drive measurable results in the service department.

“We built Cari to take the weight of appointment-setting off your team and ensure every inbound call gets handled with speed and professionalism,” Ferri said. “Now that Cari integrates directly with CDK, more dealers can unlock time savings and boost customer experience without sacrificing control or accuracy.”

With the CDK integration, Cari can push and pull appointment data, eliminating double entry, reducing manual errors and enabling fixed ops teams to focus on high-impact customer interactions, Car Wars said, resulting in improved appointment capture, fewer dropped calls and increased revenue-generating repair orders.
