RockED integrates training, certification into VINCUE platform

RockED has yet another new partner.
The automotive sales enablement training platform’s latest deal is with dealership software provider VINCUE to embed dealership training and certification programs directly into the VINCUE platform.
In a news release, RockED said its context-based training enables dealerships to onboard quickly and provide intelligence and strategy, and its CoPilot technology and mobile certification program are designed to help dealership staff maximize VINCUE performance and accelerate adoption.
“Our mission is to empower every dealership professional with the tools and knowledge to perform at their best,” RockED CEO Matthias Stoever said. “By integrating directly with VINCUE, we are delivering learning exactly where it matters, in the flow of work, so teams can build their confidence and impact in real time.”
The training platform consists of 30- to 60-second videos that explain specific VINCUE features and demonstrate how to use them effectively. The videos appear directly within VINCUE, allowing users to receive guidance while completing daily tasks such as appraisals, inventory management and merchandising.
The system allows users to move from the VINCUE platform into RockED’s mobile app, RockED said, where the VINCUE Fundamentals Certification Program builds on the training with a guided curriculum designed to help dealership staff develop greater understanding of VINCUE and its connected tools.

The certification topics include appraisals, acquisition, pricing strategies such as PTM+ and integration intelligence with partners Rapid Recon, Carfax, J.D. Power and more.
RockED said the combination of in-the-moment guidance and structured learning helps dealerships improve consistency, shorten onboarding time and improve VINCUE adoption.
